Emirates renews its partnership with global tennis as the Official Airline Partner of the US Open Grand Slam® for the 15th year. From the 30th of August to the 13th of September, Emirates will offer premium hospitality lounges on the Arthur Ashe Stadium grounds, dedicated tennis-viewing flights, and dining experiences on all routes. The US Open along with the airline worked to create numerous activities for the spectators on the grounds in New York.
Emirates is introducing a completely redesigned luxury hospitality suite at Arthur Ashe Stadium, bringing the airline’s signature style and premium service into one of tennis’ most iconic venues. Covering 1,579 square feet, the new space has been developed as an extension of Emirates’ renowned aircraft cabin experience.
The suite features design elements inspired by Emirates’ premium cabins, including sophisticated interiors, modern colour tones, refined wood finishes and elegant cream leather seating. The carefully designed environment combines comfort, luxury and sport, giving guests a premium location to enjoy some of the biggest matches of the US Open.
During the tournament, the hospitality suite will welcome special guests, athletes, sports personalities and invited visitors. Guests will have access to premium dining, exclusive beverages and uninterrupted views of the action at Arthur Ashe Stadium.

A major highlight of the new suite is the introduction of Emirates’ famous A380 onboard bar experience for the first time at the US Open. The recreated lounge area brings one of the airline’s most recognisable premium travel features from the aircraft cabin to the tournament venue.
The A380 onboard bar has become a defining feature of Emirates’ luxury travel experience, offering passengers a social space to enjoy refreshments and connect during long-haul journeys. Its arrival at the US Open gives visitors the opportunity to experience a unique blend of aviation hospitality and world-class tennis.
Beyond luxury hospitality, Emirates will create memorable experiences for spectators throughout the tournament. The airline will host “Emirates Day” on 31 August, featuring special activities designed to bring fans closer to the players and the competition.
During the event, Emirates cabin crew will take part in the “Ball Flight” ceremony at Arthur Ashe Stadium. After selected matches, victorious players will sign tennis balls presented by the airline crew. These signed balls will then be launched into the crowd, giving lucky fans the opportunity to win tickets for the Men’s Singles Semifinal matches.
Visitors at the US Open will also be able to experience the Emirates promotional area, which will include interactive games, entertainment activities and opportunities to win exclusive prizes. Among the rewards available will be opportunities to win travel experiences to Dubai.
Through these activities, Emirates is expanding its role from a tournament sponsor into an active part of the overall fan experience.
The US Open celebration will continue beyond the stadium as Emirates introduces special tournament-themed culinary offerings onboard selected flights between Dubai and destinations across its United States network.
From 23 August to 13 September, travellers will experience a selection of dishes and beverages inspired by the atmosphere of the Grand Slam tournament.
Passengers will find specially created desserts and treats, including tennis ball-inspired pastries, US Open chocolate buttons, key lime cupcakes and chocolate hazelnut Bundt cake. The airline will also serve the tournament’s official cocktail, the GREY GOOSE Honey Deuce®, allowing passengers to enjoy one of the event’s most recognised flavours while travelling.
Themed food pairings will include options such as goat cheese, chicken nuggets, caviar and Beef Prosciutto, adding a sporting event atmosphere to the inflight dining experience.
First Class travellers will receive an elevated menu featuring premium seafood selections, USDA Prime fillet mignon and luxury desserts inspired by classic s’mores flavours.
Business Class customers will enjoy dishes including lobster rolls, smoked salmon and New York cheesecake. Similar US Open-inspired selections will also be available in Emirates lounges in Dubai and selected cities across the United States.
Passengers in Premium Economy and Economy Class will also experience specially prepared meals, including meatball rigatoni, barbecue chicken, pecan cheesecake and banana toffee crisp.
Emirates will add further tournament touches throughout the cabin with US Open-themed beverage coasters and headrest covers, creating a consistent tennis-inspired experience from airport lounges to aircraft seats.
Tennis fans travelling during the tournament period will remain connected to the competition through Emirates’ ice inflight entertainment system.
Selected flights will provide live coverage of the US Open through Sport 24 and Sport 24 Extra, allowing passengers to follow important matches and key moments while flying.
The service ensures travellers do not miss crucial points, major victories or tournament highlights even while thousands of feet above the ground.
In addition to live sports, Emirates’ ice entertainment platform offers thousands of entertainment options, including films, television programmes, music and digital content across its global network.
The US Open partnership reflects Emirates’ broader commitment to international sports. The airline supports major sporting events and organisations across multiple disciplines, including football, rugby, sailing, horse racing, cricket, cycling and tennis.
Tennis has become one of the central pillars of Emirates’ global sponsorship strategy, with the airline supporting all four Grand Slam® tournaments and connecting with millions of fans worldwide.
The US Open remains one of the most important events within Emirates’ tennis portfolio, bringing together international players, spectators and travellers at one of the world’s most recognised sporting venues.
By combining luxury hospitality, exclusive fan activities and specially curated inflight experiences, Emirates is using the tournament to showcase its wider “Fly Better” promise. The partnership demonstrates how aviation and global sports can work together to create memorable experiences for passengers and fans both on the ground and in the air.
