Vietnam’s premium beachfront hospitality offering has been strengthened with the opening of two newly renovated villas at Four Seasons Resort The Nam Hai, Hoi An. The Signature Ocean-View Three-Bedroom Pool Villa and Signature Beachfront Three-Bedroom Pool Villa have been introduced with enhanced infinity pools, expansive living spaces, personalised services and closer connections to the surrounding coastline.
The two properties are the first renovated accommodations within the resort’s Three-Bedroom Pool Villa collection. Their launch has followed the completion of renovations to the One-Bedroom and Family Villas in December 2025.

Through the latest transformation, the established character of Four Seasons Resort The Nam Hai has been preserved while its premium hospitality experience has been refined. Particular attention has been given to space, privacy and practical details required by families, groups of friends and multi-generational travellers.
A contemporary coastal character has been introduced across both Signature Pool Villas. The Signature Ocean-View Three-Bedroom Pool Villa has been positioned to provide broad views over Ha My Beach and the East Sea.

Bright, open-plan interiors have been connected with expansive outdoor terraces. An upgraded infinity pool and a sunken seating area have also been included, allowing family gatherings and relaxed evenings to be enjoyed beside the coastline.
The Signature Beachfront Three-Bedroom Pool Villa has been placed directly beside the shoreline. Uninterrupted sea views, direct beach access and increased privacy have been provided as defining features of the accommodation.
Generous indoor and outdoor living areas have been incorporated throughout the Beachfront villa. Its bedroom pavilions have been refreshed, while an enhanced infinity pool has been added to create a more secluded coastal retreat.
The two villas have been designed for travellers who wish to share important moments without losing access to personal space. This balance has become increasingly important within the premium Hospitality sector, particularly for families and friends travelling together.

By combining residence-style comfort with the services of Four Seasons Resort, a more personalised way of experiencing Hoi An has been created.
The villas at Four Seasons Resort The Nam Hai have long been influenced by the traditional garden houses of Hue. This connection with Vietnamese architecture has been maintained throughout the latest renovation.
The redesign has been guided by HBA Singapore. A light coastal aesthetic has been introduced alongside modern refinements, while the cultural foundations of the original villas have been respected.
Views of Ha My Beach and the East Sea have been framed through the updated layouts. A greater sense of natural light, openness and movement has also been created. The connection between the villas and their beachfront surroundings has therefore been strengthened.
Calming shades, curved forms and soft furnishings have been used to reflect the colours and textures of the nearby shoreline. Natural finishes have been layered over dark timber, allowing greater warmth and brightness to be introduced.
Local artisanal materials and traditional craftsmanship have also been incorporated. As a result, a distinctly Vietnamese identity has been retained despite the more contemporary direction.
This design approach allows Vietnam’s architectural heritage to remain visible within a modern Hospitality environment. Rather than being replaced, the original character of the resort has been carried into its latest development phase.
Three peaceful bedrooms have been paired with generous shared living spaces inside each Signature Pool Villa. A flexible environment has therefore been created for multi-generational families and groups visiting Hoi An.
The resort’s recognised sleep temple concept has been redesigned within the bedrooms. A raised canopy-style bed, soft drapery and pendant lighting inspired by Vietnam’s traditional Non La hat have been used to create an enclosed and restful atmosphere.
Bathrooms have been expanded and connected directly with private gardens. Outdoor rain showers have also been added, allowing the indoor-outdoor character of the villas to be extended into the bathing areas.
An open-plan arrangement has been followed throughout the shared living spaces. Movement between the interiors, terraces, gardens and infinity pools has consequently been made easier.
Natural light has been increased through the addition of a bay window. A daybed has also been included for quieter periods of rest.
Outside, private landscaped gardens, recessed seating and enhanced infinity pools have been provided. These areas have been designed to accommodate peaceful mornings, family gatherings and intimate evening experiences.
Through these improvements, the Beachfront setting has been made a central part of the accommodation rather than simply being viewed from the villas.
A range of personalised experiences may be added to stays at Four Seasons Resort The Nam Hai. Floating breakfasts may be arranged in the private infinity pools, while private yoga and meditation sessions may also be organised.
Poolside cocktails, private barbecue dinners and customised dining experiences beneath the stars are available through the resort. These services allow each stay to be shaped around the preferences of individual guests.
Visitors staying in the Signature Pool Villas are also provided with several curated benefits. Return airport transfers within Hoi An and Da Nang are included, supporting smoother arrivals and departures.
Personal attendant service is provided throughout the stay. One bottle of Nam Hai Negroni is placed in each bedroom, together with selected cocktail garnishes and snacks.
Daily laundry service is also included for up to six items per day. These benefits have been designed to support longer stays and group travel while reducing everyday responsibilities for guests.
With the introduction of the renovated villas, Vietnam’s luxury Hospitality landscape has been expanded through a stronger combination of design, privacy and service. Four Seasons Resort The Nam Hai has retained its connection with Vietnamese culture while introducing a refreshed Beachfront experience for travellers seeking spacious accommodation in Hoi An.
