Air France has introduced new menus created by the renowned French chef Dominique Crenn, who holds three Michelin stars, for its La Première and Business cabins on flights departing from its U.S. stations. Starting from February 1, 2024, these delectable dishes are offered on flights departing from Chicago, Los Angeles, Miami, New York-Newark, San Francisco, and Seattle, with plans to extend this culinary experience to all Air France destinations in the United States during the spring-summer season of 2024.

Dominique Crenn has crafted twelve unique dishes for Air France passengers in the La Première and Business cabins. Each month, Air France will present two signature dishes in both cabins, including options for vegetarians and fish enthusiasts alongside the regular menu.

Examples of Chef Crenn’s culinary artistry in the La Première cabin include dishes like Lobster with pico de gallo and tea sauce, and Root vegetable mille-feuille with truffle sauce. In the Business cabin, passengers can savor offerings such as Californian charbonnier with quinoa and marinière sauce, or open raviole with courgette and tomato, hazelnut, and parmesan sauce, among other culinary delights.

Dominique Crenn, the only woman in the United States with three Michelin stars for her Atelier Crenn in San Francisco, is dedicated to creating innovative and artistic French cuisine for Air France passengers, emphasizing locally-sourced and seasonal ingredients.

In the fight against food waste, Air France is providing Business cabin travelers the option to pre-select their hot dishes up to 24 hours before their flight, combining personalized choices with responsible consumption onboard.

With this partnership with Chef Crenn, Air France continues to enhance its exceptional collaborations from international stations to Paris. The airline also collaborates with other renowned chefs, including Julien Royer from Singapore, Olivier Perret from Canada, Jofrane Dailly from La Réunion, and Jean-Charles Bredas from the French West Indies, French Guiana, and its regional Caribbean network.

Air France operates an extensive network linking Paris to various U.S. cities during the winter, including Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Detroit, Houston, Los Angeles, Miami, New York-JFK, New York-Newark, Raleigh-Durham, San Francisco, Seattle, and Washington DC. Starting from May 13, 2024, Air France will resume services to Minneapolis (Minnesota). Additionally, from May 23, 2024, the airline will launch a new route from Paris-Charles de Gaulle to Phoenix (Arizona), expanding the number of U.S. destinations to 17 for the upcoming summer season.

The exclusive La Première cabin is available on select flights to and from New York-JFK, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Miami, and Washington DC, offering passengers an unparalleled experience.
