Chalet Hotels Limited (CHL) has officially appointed Shwetank Singh as an Executive Director, marking his induction into the Company’s Board. This decision comes following a recommendation from the Compensation, Nomination, and Remuneration Committee and is effective immediately for a term of three years, pending shareholder approval.

In his expanded capacity, Shwetank will maintain leadership over projects, design, and business development while also directing the operations and asset management teams. Furthermore, he will take charge of CHL’s initiatives related to Environment, Social, and Governance (ESG) matters.

Shwetank, an alumnus of the Faculty of Management Studies (FMS), holds an MBA specializing in Finance and Marketing. He has served in prominent leadership roles at several renowned international organizations.
