ITC Hotels Limited (ITCHL) has expanded its development pipeline with the signing of Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels Manesar Gurugram, a premium hospitality property featuring 104 rooms and suites. The upcoming hotel will reinforce the company’s footprint across the National Capital Region (NCR), where demand for business accommodation, leisure stays and event facilities continues to shape the hospitality sector. The development forms part of ITCHL’s asset-right expansion strategy and is designed to serve corporate guests, holidaymakers, wedding parties and visitors attending social celebrations.

The proposed Welcomhotel Manesar Gurugram will combine contemporary accommodation with a range of dining, entertainment and recreational amenities. Guests will have access to an all-day dining restaurant, bar, lounge and dedicated leisure facilities. A major highlight will be the property’s extensive event infrastructure, comprising more than 18,000 sq. ft. of indoor banquet facilities and 22,000 sq. ft. of outdoor event space. These purpose-designed venues will accommodate weddings, corporate meetings, conferences, exhibitions and large social functions, strengthening the hotel’s appeal within Gurugram’s growing business and events hospitality market.

Speaking on the signing, Anil Chadha, Managing Director, ITC Hotels Limited, said, “As hospitality demand continues to evolve beyond traditional gateway cities, we remain focused on identifying destinations that offer strong long-term growth potential. Welcomhotel in Manesar is a strategic addition to our portfolio, bringing together a high-growth location, robust connectivity, and a thriving events market. This signing reinforces our commitment to delivering world-class hospitality experiences in emerging destinations while accelerating the growth of our asset-right portfolio.”

Sushil Singh Chauhan, Partner, Green Path Prop Mart LLP, said, “We are delighted to work with ITC Hotels Limited for the development of Welcomhotel in Manesar. Together, we aim to deliver a distinguished hospitality experience that will serve both business and leisure travellers while contributing to the continued growth in the National Capital Region.”

Situated in Manesar, Haryana, Welcomhotel Manesar Gurugram will benefit from a prime location along National Highway 48, surrounded by the picturesque Aravalli hills. Manesar has steadily developed into a thriving industrial and commercial hub, driven by the growth of automotive manufacturing, logistics infrastructure, warehousing operations and emerging business establishments. Its convenient access to major commercial centres, including Delhi, Gurugram, Noida and Faridabad, is expected to attract corporate travellers, business delegations and guests attending social gatherings. Away from the congestion of major urban centres, the location offers a peaceful setting without compromising accessibility. The region’s expanding economic landscape, combined with its natural beauty and improving infrastructure, continues to strengthen its potential as a destination for business tourism, destination weddings, corporate meetings, conferences and leisure getaways.

Once operational, Welcomhotel Manesar Gurugram is expected to establish itself as a prominent addition to the region’s hospitality sector. The upcoming property will bring together upscale accommodation, wellness amenities, varied culinary experiences and spacious venues for meetings and celebrations, catering to the evolving preferences of business and leisure travellers.
