Isprava Group Strengthens Luxury Hospitality Ambitions With Strategic Advisor Appointment as Its Lifestyle Ecosystem Expands

Isprava Group, a prominent name in India’s luxury real estate sector, has appointed Dr. Sanjay Sethi as Strategic Advisor as the company strengthens its hospitality ambitions. Bringing more than 37 years of industry experience, Sethi has worked across hospitality operations, property development, ownership, business expansion and capital markets. In his advisory role, he will support the Group’s strategic direction and growth plans, with a particular focus on advancing the hospitality businesses of Lohono Stays and Isprava Hospitality.

The appointment comes as Isprava Group expands beyond luxury residential development to build a more connected lifestyle and hospitality platform. Its growing ecosystem brings together luxury homes, hospitality experiences, private membership offerings and comprehensive services for homeowners. Sethi’s extensive experience from both ownership and operational perspectives is expected to strengthen the Group’s hospitality strategy, improve alignment across its businesses and support the creation of a more consistent guest and homeowner experience. His expertise will also contribute to Isprava Group’s efforts to generate sustainable, long-term value as its integrated luxury ecosystem continues to evolve.

Dr. Sethi brings extensive experience across India’s hospitality and real estate sectors. He spent 14 years with the Taj Group before becoming a co-founder of Keys Hotels & Resorts, an enterprise backed by Berggruen Holdings. From 2015 to 2026, he served as Managing Director and CEO of Chalet Hotels Limited, overseeing a major phase of the company’s expansion and guiding it through its stock market debut in 2019. During his tenure, Chalet strengthened its position as a prominent Indian owner and developer of luxury and upper-upscale hotels.

His development expertise extends beyond hospitality to premium commercial offices and luxury residential projects. This includes a 321-unit residential development in Bengaluru. Following the completion of his tenure as Managing Director and CEO, Dr. Sethi remains associated with Chalet Hotels Limited as a Non-Executive Director.
