Throughout his career, he has held senior culinary roles with some of the hospitality sector’s most respected brands, including The Ivy and Cameron House, where he most recently developed his reputation as an accomplished chef known for quality, creativity and attention to detail.

Recognised for her exceptional attention to detail and talent for building skilled, motivated teams, she will play an important role in strengthening food and beverage operations and establishing them as one of the estate’s signature experiences.
