Sterling infrastructure subsidiary secures $155 million deal for Lihue Airport runway expansion

Sterling Infrastructure, Inc. has affirmed that its Road and Highway Builders, LLC (RHB) subordinate has been bestowed with $155 million settlement for lengthening runway at the Lihue Airport situated in Kauai, Hawaii. The reward will be involved in first part of 2024 build-up. 

The Lihue Airport scheme is inclusive of Hawaii’s Airport Modernization Program, which is altering the state’s airports into top-notch amenities. RHB’s range of work comprises archaeological findings, drain pipe fitting, structural solid wall setting up and asphalt. The venture is predictable to begin in April this year and comes with a two-and-a-half-year spell.

Joe Cutillo, the CEO of Sterling said that they are excited to be part of Hawaii’s exertions to renovate its airport arrangement.
