Before joining Marriott Executive Apartments Bengaluru UB City, Rowena Rocha served as Assistant Director of Human Resources at Le Méridien Kochi. During her tenure, she was involved in strategic HR initiatives, organisational development activities and employee engagement programmes.

Her career journey has included several leadership positions across prominent hospitality brands in India. She has gained experience through roles at Courtyard by Marriott Chennai, JW Marriott Bengaluru, Kochi Marriott Hotel, Courtyard by Marriott Kochi Airport, Taj Bengal Kolkata, Vivanta by Taj – President Mumbai and the Corporate Office of Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL).
